Podcast Studio · iPhone, iPad, and Mac

Turn a recording into a content package.

Import an episode, receive a timestamped transcript, refine its segments, and work with AI-generated publishing copy in one workspace.

About Podcast Studio

Podcast Studio is a cloud-connected podcast production workspace. It uploads an audio or video recording, produces a timestamped transcript, and generates useful starting points for titles, descriptions, show notes, chapters, hashtags, and social posts. In the episode editor, transcript segments can be cut or restored without changing the original recording.

You can start without an account. Guest mode inspects a selected recording’s filename, size, duration, and track counts locally without uploading it. Sign in only when you choose cloud transcription, saved episodes, transcript editing, or generated content. Cloud production uses Supabase for sign-in, database records, and media storage; Vercel to host processing; and OpenAI to transcribe recordings and generate written content. Review the Privacy Policy before uploading media.

Getting started

  1. Choose Continue without an account to inspect a recording locally, or enter your email and use the one-time code when you want cloud production.
  2. Choose an audio or video recording that you own or have permission to process. Guest inspection stays on your device.
  3. If signed in, keep an internet connection while the file uploads. Processing continues in the cloud and the episode status updates as work completes.
  4. Open a cloud episode to review its timestamped transcript and generated content. Cut or restore transcript segments, and copy the outputs you want to use.

Frequently asked questions

I did not receive a sign-in code. What should I do?

Confirm the email address, check spam or junk folders, then request another code. Use only the most recent code. If it still does not arrive, contact support and include the email domain, but do not send the code itself.

Why is my episode still uploading or processing?

Upload and AI processing require a stable internet connection and can take time. Reopen the Library to refresh the current status. If the status becomes Processing failed or does not change, contact support with the episode title and approximate upload time.

Is there a file-size limit?

The automatic transcription pipeline currently accepts media up to 24 MB. Compress the audio or upload a shorter recording when a file exceeds that limit.

Does cutting a segment edit my original recording?

No. Cut and restore mark transcript segments for your content workflow; they do not rewrite the uploaded source file.

How is my recording used?

Your media is stored with your workspace and processed to create the transcript and generated content you requested. It is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. The app-specific Privacy Policy explains the data flow, providers, retention, and deletion request process.

How do I delete my account and content?

While signed in, open the Account menu, choose Delete Account, then confirm Delete Account and All Data. This permanently removes the authentication account, private media and exports, episodes, transcripts, edits, generated content, clips, and processing history. The privacy policy explains limited provider backup, security, fraud-prevention, and legal retention exceptions.

Need help?

Include your device model, iOS, iPadOS, or macOS version, the episode title if relevant, and a short description of what happened. Do not attach private source media or a sign-in code unless support specifically asks for a diagnostic file.
