FloatPlayer does not sell your data, show behavioral advertising, or track you across apps or websites. Your videos and the details that identify them stay on your device.
FloatPlayer lets you play sample videos, video URLs you provide, and files you import. Imported media, URLs, video titles, filenames and paths, bookmark notes, and exact playback positions are stored locally. They are not sent to us or included in analytics.
To understand whether core workflows work reliably, FloatPlayer sends the following data to Supabase:
Analytics never include a video URL, video identifier, title, filename, file path, bookmark note, media content, search text, or exact playback position. The random identifier is not linked to an account or your identity. The data is used only for product analytics and app reliability, not advertising or cross-app tracking.
Supabase receives and stores the limited analytics events above on our behalf. Anonymous app clients may insert valid events but cannot read analytics rows or reports.
Removing FloatPlayer deletes its ordinary local app container, including imported copies, bookmarks, and resume positions, subject to Apple platform backup behavior. To request deletion of analytics associated with your installation, email us. Because the identifier is random and not linked to an account, we may need the identifier from app diagnostics to locate it.
FloatPlayer is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
