Last updated October 9, 2026. Applies to Meme Vault for iPhone, iPad and Mac.
Meme Vault requires no account. Your saved images, videos, links, titles, captions, tags, collections and recognized text stay in the app’s local storage, subject to Apple backup settings. Text recognition runs on the device. The purchase and attribution integration described below does not receive your library, photo library, clipboard contents or saved links.
Apple processes the optional one-time Pro purchase. StoreKit verifies purchase status and restores access using your Apple Account. We do not receive payment card details.
In iPhone and iPad versions with purchase measurement enabled, RevenueCat receives an anonymous app customer identifier, app and operating-system information, verified purchase results and user-requested restore records. Apple can also send purchase and refund notifications to RevenueCat. These records let us validate and analyze purchases and keep purchase history current. The native StoreKit purchase flow continues to control access in the app.
Measurement-enabled iPhone and iPad versions send an Apple AdServices attribution token to RevenueCat. RevenueCat requests the Apple Ads campaign, ad group, keyword and claim-type information Apple makes available. We use this information with purchase records to understand which campaigns lead to purchases. The integration does not request the advertising identifier (IDFA), request cross-app tracking permission, or display ads inside Meme Vault.
Versions with measurement disabled do not send this RevenueCat measurement data. This iPhone and iPad integration does not change the Mac app’s data collection. No names, email addresses or custom account identifiers are added to RevenueCat by this integration.
Apple provides App Store purchases and operating-system services. RevenueCat processes the purchase and attribution data described above. We do not sell your library or send it to advertising providers. If you open a saved link or choose to share content with another app, that destination handles the content under its own policies.
You can remove items in Meme Vault or delete the app to remove its local storage, subject to backups. Deleting the app does not erase Apple purchase history, issue a refund, or automatically erase RevenueCat records. Purchase records may be retained for restoration, fraud prevention, analytics, financial recordkeeping and legal obligations. For requests about purchase or measurement data, contact the address below. Do not send passwords or payment card information.
