Family Pulse helps a household stay close without another noisy feed. Each person does a quick check-in — mood, energy, the one thing about their day, anything they need help with, and something they appreciated. The app gathers it into a single calm brief: who had a good day, who could use a little care, what to celebrate, and one gentle nudge for the family today.

An honest note on the "brief"
The family brief is generated on your device by simple, transparent rules — it reflects only what people choose to share. It is not a diagnosis and never assesses anyone's mental health. Family Pulse is for everyday connection, not crisis support. If someone is in danger, contact your local emergency number; in the US & Canada you can call or text 988.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need accounts?
No. Family Pulse works entirely on your device in Demo Mode with no sign-up. Optional Live Mode (to sync across phones) uses your own private Supabase project.
Do my kids need an email?
No. Children are added as managed profiles by a parent — no separate login.
Is it free?
Yes — the full app is free.
Is our data private?
Yes. No account, no analytics, no tracking. Your check-ins stay on your device unless you choose to connect your own cloud.
