Getting started
- Open CloseCircle. It opens ready to explore with a sample family.
- Tap My Family to see the feed; tap Tell a Story to answer today's question.
- In Settings, use “View the app as…” to switch between the grandparent's home and a family member's dashboard.
About “Is This Safe?”
The scam checker gives a helpful, plain-language opinion — it is not a guarantee. When something is unclear, the safest step is always to ask a trusted family member, or to contact the company yourself using a phone number you look up (never a number or link from the suspicious message). If you're in immediate danger or believe money has been taken, contact your bank and local authorities directly.
